Your responsibilities will span across customer and athlete onboarding as well as Tier 1 support. You'll collaborate directly with athletes and customers, guiding them through our services, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional assistance. Where will my time be allocated?

  • Engaging with customers and building strong relationships,

  • Managing the onboarding of customers and athletes,

  • Answering tier 1 support inquiries,

  • Collaborating on cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers and athletes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as they transition to our platform.

  • Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to customers and athletes during the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand our services and how to use them effectively.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer and athlete inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Actively engage with customers and athletes, building strong relationships to foster a sense of community and trust in our platform.

  • Collect user feedback during interactions, providing insights to improve our services and user experience.

  • Demonstrate adaptability within a startup environment, taking on diverse roles and responsibilities as required to drive success.

 

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Passion for fitness, athletics, health, and wellness.

  • Extrovert personality and enjoy meeting new people.

  • Background in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or even business-related fields.

  • Can-do attitude-get things done approach, a bias towards action.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment where projects and responsibilities change often.

  • Highly organized, can communicate well in both words and text to anyone on our org chart.

  • Estimated time commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week with flexible hours.

 

 

Select Success Metrics for Role:

  • User Churn Rate:  This measures the percentage of users who stop using the platform after onboarding. It shows how well onboarding retains users.

  • Weekly Active Users (WAU): It counts how many users are active on the platform each week. This shows if customer support keeps users engaged.

​

  • Net Promoter / Customer Satisfaction Score: Measures overall user satisfaction and referral potential.

 

Compensation:

  • Equity: Earn equity based on experience and commitment, with a four-year vesting period as outlined in our equity plan.

 

  • Contingent on sufficient funding or sales expansion.

    • Base Salary: Your compensation will be assessed annually and may be adjusted based on your experience, skillset, and contributions to both individual and company success.

    • Bonus: Enjoy a percentage or fixed bonus tied to both individual and company accomplishments.

    • Benefits: Comprehensive package includes health, dental & vision coverage, retirement plan (401k or equivalent), and ample paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave).
